1. The event starts at 9:00 a.m. Check-in opens at 7:45, with a continental breakfast served.

2. Parking: Event parking will be in the A lot or Sundance lot (a short walk uphill) - please see the map below. There is limited parking close to the hotel which is reserved for those with limited mobility and hotel guests.
